9th Circuit nominee apologizes for letter saying Kavanaugh would cause deaths

Jennifer Sung, a nominee for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, apologized Tuesday for signing a letter saying “people will die,” if then-circuit court Judge Brett Kavanaugh were to be appointed to the Supreme Court.
