US judge says intervenors invaded her privacy

Chief Judge Kimberly J. Mueller of the Eastern District of California said intervenors included “extensive personal details about me and my husband in its public filings, even when the relevance of that information is questionable at best.”

A federal judge, writing that intervenors have been invading her privacy, recused herself from a 2-year-old environmental case.
