Some legal experts say U.S. Deputy Attorney General Lisa O. Monaco's outline Thursday of a tougher stance against corporate crime raises questions for companies and individuals about how it will work in practice.

Monaco is putting back in place the Yates memo that required corporations seeking leniency to provide non-privileged information on all employees or executives believed to have participated in crimes such as fraud or bribery.
