Court: foreign sovereign immunity doesn't protect companies

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that Israeli spyware company NSO Group isn’t immune from a lawsuit accusing it of sending malware through WhatsApp’s servers to surveil roughly 1,400 users.
