Sony Interactive sued by proposed class of all female employees

“Female employees are subjected to continuing unlawful disparate treatment in pay and work opportunities,’’ attorney Stephen N. Ilg wrote in the Monday filing on behalf of plaintiff Emma Majo and all female employees of the company.

A former employee of Sony Interactive Entertainment alleged a sexist workplace at the company in a proposed class action, with charges including wage discrimination against female and female-identifying employees, failure to investigate discrimination and retaliation.
