Unlawful detainer online resolution program goes live next week

The program will provide litigants and attorneys with online access to virtual negotiation spaces, links to housing resources and free mediation upon request from the Center For Conflict Resolution and the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, according to a Los Angeles Superior Court news release.

The Los Angeles Superior Court has announced details and a launch date for a new program to resolve unlawful detainer disputes between evicted tenants and landlords online. The program, known as Unlawful Detainer Online Dispute Resolution was announced earlier this year, and is set to go live on Dec. 6.
