US judge likely to grant ex-Uber exec access to rideshare giant's documents
Joseph Sullivan, Uber’s chief security officer from 2015 to 2017, immediately told his superiors about a 2016 hack that implicated 57 million user and driver records. Sullivan claims the company covered up the hack and later tried to make him the scapegoat. He is seeking unredacted versions of hundreds of emails and other documents he says will support his claims.
