Richard J. Burdge Jr.
Richard (Dick) J. Burdge Jr. was remembered for his warmth, humility, and devotion to his wife, Presiding Justice Lee Smalley Edmon of the 2nd District Court of Appeal, Division 3 and their daughters.
Burdge died Tuesday. He was 74.
