Keenan & Associates sued over breach of 1.5M health records
The insurance company faces nearly a dozen similar lawsuits in federal court in California. Keenan began notifying clients of the data breach in January.
A putative class action was filed against insurance brokers Keenan & Associates in connection with a data breach discovered in August 2023 that exposed the protected health information of approximately 1.5 million people.
