Tesla faces class action over global layoffs
The group of employees suing the electric automaker may have difficulty meeting the notification requirements under California's WARN Act, one attorney says.
A group of employees that sued Tesla, Inc. last week, claiming they weren't adequately notified of the company's decision to lay off more than 10 percent of its global workforce, may have trouble proving their claims in court.
