Injured firefighters sue manufacturer of natural gas-powered truck

The explosion of the truck "caused plaintiffs to suffer severe, agonizing, and life-altering injuries," states the complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Seven firefighters who were injured when a natural gas-powered truck exploded in Los Angeles in February sued the manufacturer, supplier, owner and operator of the vehicle. The complaint also names the truck driver, claiming she did not notify 911 and first responders that the truck was equipped with CNG tanks.
