Fashion Nova accused of copying trademarked cross design

Chrome Hearts' counsel said the company has filed more than 100 lawsuits in the past five years against defendants who infringed its design marks, including crosses and horseshoes.

High-end Los Angeles-based fashion boutique, Chrome Hearts LLC, accused retailer Fashion Nova Inc. of copying its trademarked design of a cross and using it without authorization on clothing that's being sold on its website, according to a federal lawsuit.
