California wins injunction against Florida real estate company

MV Realty is accused of engaging in a predatory scheme targeted at vulnerable homeowners looking for financial help.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced Tuesday a preliminary injunction against MV Realty, a Florida company accused of trapping homeowners in predator, 40-year, listing agreements.
