Cloudflare sues insurer over refusal to cover litigation fees

Attorneys for Cloudflare say Indian Harbor Insurance Co. wrongly denied coverage for litigation fees incurred in six third-party copyright infringement actions between 2017 and 2020.

Software firm Cloudflare Inc. sued its cyber and technology insurance provider, Indian Harbor Insurance Co., in San Francisco County over $ 9 million in litigation fees that it claims should be covered by its policies.
