Stem cell company accuses FisherBroyles of malpractice

A stem cell center in Rancho Mirage has accused FisherBroyles LLP of legal malpractice in a patent infringement lawsuit it claims it was forced to settle after its lead attorney allegedly made a litany of mistakes.

The company seeks more than $30 million in relief.
