Law graduate sues college after bar denies exam eligibility

The plaintiff claims Lincoln Law School of San Jose repeatedly assured her she was eligible to begin and complete her legal education despite not having met minimum admission requirements set by state law.

A recent Juris Doctor graduate from Lincoln Law School of San Jose accused the unaccredited institution on Wednesday of misrepresenting her eligibility for the California Bar Exam after the State Bar rejected her qualifications due to her failure to complete the required 60 college credits.
