$845M judgment in solar Ponzi scheme case vacated

The ruling stems from litigation surrounding claims that solar power supplier company DC Solar Solutions Inc. engaged in a scheme to defraud investors into investing in solar power projects that it didn't have the capacity to carry out.

An $845 million judgment against a company accused of misrepresenting its ability to make solar generators has been vacated after a settlement was reached between the parties.
