DOJ, US probation office disagree on sentence for political rally attacks

The Department of Justice disagrees with the probation office's analysis that reduces the government's proposed 24-month imprisonment to 18 months after the probation officials narrowed the number of defendant Robert Rundo's alleged political rally attacks to one victim at one event.

Government prosecutors and the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services System disagree over a recommended sentence that would put an alleged white supremacist leader, who is facing reinstated charges for a third time, in prison for less than two years.
