Meta accuses states of violating discovery orders in MDL

Meta claimed it made meaningful concessions to the state plaintiffs, but their delays have left negotiations over search terms unresolved with 25 of the 32 states.

Meta accused nearly 30 states involved in the social media multidistrict litigation in the Northern District of California of violating court orders, according to a lengthy discovery letter filed Monday.

In the letter, Meta claimed it made meaningful concessions to the state plaintiffs, but their delays have left negotiations over search terms unresolved with 25 of the 32 states.
