Attorneys in Danny Masterson case recommended for disciplinary investigations

Masterson, known for roles in the TV sitcoms "That 70s Show" and "The Ranch," was found guilty by a jury on two counts of rape following a retrial in May 2023.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge recommended disciplinary investigations on Tuesday against attorneys representing actor and convicted rapist Danny Masterson for allegedly harassing jurors following his criminal trial.

Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo recommended investigations for sole practitioners Eric S. Multhaup of Mill Valley and Clifford Gardner of Berkeley, as well as private investigator Lynda Larsen of Pasadena, according to multiple media reports on Tuesday.
