Plaintiff asks judge to increase jury award against Phillips 66 by $1.2B

The jury found two months ago that Phillips 66 Company "willfully and maliciously" misappropriated trade secrets of Propel, a renewable fuel producer. Phillips 66 denied liability throughout the case.

Kobre & Kim LLP asked an Alameda County Superior Court judge to increase a recent $605 million Alameda County jury verdict against Philips 66 and award their client, Propel Fuels Inc., $1.2 billion in exemplary damages and apply a 10% post-judgment interest rate.
