Wonderful challenges agricultural board's refusal to delay union certification

The Kern County case is so important to some farm employers that it became the rare superior court case to receive amicus curiae briefs.

Agriculture giant Wonderful Nurseries LLC sued California's Agricultural Relations Board for its refusal to delay certification of a workers' union following a Kern County Superior Court decision in the company's favor.
