Texas' FBFK eyes middle market with Orange County expansion
The firm, which entered the market just last year, has already grown to a team of 15 lawyers and recently secured a new office in Irvine, designed to accommodate up to 30.
Texas-based Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC is strengthening its presence in Southern California's middle market for corporate and intellectual property law by integrating five attorneys from the recently closed Vogt, Resnick & Sherak.
"Over the last 10 years, we've seen kind of a middle market in terms of the law business become considerably vacated," Kyle Ferguson, FBFK's managing partner, said in an interview.
