Outsourcing U.S. prisoners to El Salvador would be a constitutional catastrophe, violating the Eighth Amendment's ban on cruel and unusual punishment, the Fifth Amendment's due process protections, and the First Amendment's guarantees of religious and speech freedoms--making it both legally and morally indefensible
