Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP announced Tuesday the expansion of its Northern California presence with the opening of a new office in Palo Alto.
The new office positions the firm at the epicenter of global technology innovation, enhancing its ability to serve the complex legal needs of the region's dynamic business ecosystem.
The firm's Silicon Valley office will be led by Managing Partner Lindsey M. Romano, who has extensive experience in the region's legal landscape.
"Our established relationships with premier technology companies and leading academic institutions in Silicon Valley have laid a strong foundation for this expansion," Romano noted. "This new office will significantly enhance our ability to provide sophisticated legal solutions to our existing clients while creating opportunities for deeper engagement across the technology corridor."
The state-of-the-art facility, located at 228 Hamilton Avenue, will house a comprehensive suite of legal services, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, employment law, cybersecurity, healthcare, and construction litigation.
The office includes collaboration spaces and technologically enhanced meeting rooms, reflecting the firm's commitment to innovative client service delivery.
The new office represents the firm's latest investment in its national platform, which spans multiple jurisdictions and practice areas across the nation.
