A prominent Sacramento civil firm has been hit with a proposed class action alleging a data breach exposed a client's private medical records.
John J. Nelson filed the complaint, stating that Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard PC discovered the breach in August but did not notify clients until last month.
