Without leaving his Seattle chambers, Circuit Judge Ronald M. Gould can be present for oral argument sessions at 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals venues in San Francisco and Pasadena, thanks to a video conferencing link that accommodates his multiple sclerosis, a chronic nerve disease.
