LOS ANGELES - After years of advocating for litigants to settle their civil claims out-of-court, Superior Court Judge James R. Dunn now finds himself to be one of seven judges assigned to be full-time settlement officers at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse downtown.
He could not be happier.
