FRESNO - It could be that Judge Mark W. Snauffer misses an aspect of his 23 years
as a trial lawyer. He enjoys having attorneys argue with him.
"As long as it's well-reasoned and not personal, I don't mind it at all," said Snauffer,
who's been on the Fresno County Superior Court bench for 15 years. "But do not show
