OROVILLE - Barely a year after winning appointment to his new job, Butte Superior Court Judge Robert A. Glusman found himself at odds with the local prosecutor.
Glusman got on the wrong side of District Attorney Michael L. Ramsey in August by throwing out the only guilty verdict the county had obtained in a medical-marijuana case.
