Our annual report highlights the most substantial and impactful plaintiff and defense verdicts, alongside significant appellate reversals. To be eligible for inclusion, trial verdicts must have been delivered in 2024 by either a California state court judge or jury, a federal court judge or jury within California, or by an arbitrator. Appellate reversals must also have been issued in 2024, either by the California Court of Appeal or the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. In print on Feb. 26, 2025.
