This supplement recognizes attorneys specializing in intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, and counseling. To be eligible for inclusion, at least 90% of the attorney's practice must be dedicated to intellectual property law. Their work may take place in any court across the country, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the International Trade Commission. However, the attorney must be licensed and reside in California. In print on April 2, 2025.
