Cheung is an experienced health care transactional and litigation lawyer whose practice focuses on regulatory compliance, hospital operations, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. He handles matters involving physician alignment models, medical staff and licensure issues, health plans, accountable care organizations and labor issues, including physician recruiting and hiring. Cheung represents clients across the health care industry, including hospitals, medical groups, physicians, diagnostic imaging centers and dialysis centers.
