Her practice focuses on tax matters related to U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments and the tax aspects of capital markets. Over the course of her career, she has worked with clients in technology, financial services, natural resources and energy, among other industries.
Before her time at Wilson Sonsini, she was senior tax counsel at Intel Corp for almost three years.
"While I practiced in house, I really saw firsthand the business complexities and opportunities that our clients face every day. And I bring that practical perspective to my work for our clients and I'm looking forward to continuing to do that," she said.
