LOS ANGELES - Manatt, Phelps & Phillips added a veteran consumer regulatory attorney in Clayton S. Friedman, who joined the firm's Costa Mesa office as a partner today.
Friedman said the decision to leave Buchalter Nemer's Irvine office was motivated by the way his practice fit into a strong national firm.
