Family feel breeds continuity

Sideman & Bancroft has steadily grown and achieved success by fostering a familial atmosphere and democratic culture among its lawyers and grooming younger attorneys to assume future leadership roles in the firm.

Sideman & Bancroft LLP recently had contractors build an extra staircase between the 22nd and 23rd floors of the firm's newly leased office at Embarcadero Center in San Francisco, an addition geared at helping lawyers more easily reach colleagues in other parts of the building.
