ANAHEIM - Greenlaw Partners and Guggenheim Real Estate purchased a 129,600-square-foot property at 605-611 E. Cerritos from Hager Pacific Properties for $11.1 million. The property is 100 percent leased, and the 10th asset that the two firms have purchased together. Brian Corrigan and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer and the seller.
