History Shows Geffen Made Correct Move In Malibu Dispute

Forum Column - By Deborah England - On April 15, music industry mogul David Geffen settled his three-year legal battle with the California Coastal Commission, agreeing to open the gate to an easement that runs from Pacific Coast Highway to Carbon Beach in Malibu, and to reimburse the state and other defendants $300,000 in fees and costs.
