Insurer Prevails In Latest Case Evaluating Exclusions
Policy exclusions limit or take away coverage. Some exclusions address risks that an insurer wants to avoid (intentional injury, for example); others preclude coverage for risks, such as an automobile accident, normally insured by another policy.
