Wisened Warrior Takes On Probate Reform

LAGUNA WOODS - When she graduated from law school at 46, Mary Pat Toups set out to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate. The newly minted lawyer opened a small practice but ended up volunteering much of her time assisting senior citizens at the local Legal Aid Society. Toups also found time to volunteer at the public defender's office and in juvenile court.
