Former Store Manager Wins $277,000 From CVS Corp.

The same pharmacy company in the business of selling specialty prescriptions for cancer and HIV patients drove one of its San Francisco store managers to quit his job after the company denied his request to decrease his hours due to his HIV illness, according to a recent lawsuit against CVS Corp.
