Second Jury Deadlocks, Acquits in Oakland 'Riders' Trial
SAN FRANCISCO - For the second time in 20 months, a jury acquitted three former Oakland police officers accused of several corruption charges and deadlocked on many others, making it unlikely the officers will be tried again, according to local legal experts.
