MoFo Lawyers Win Big Nikon Patent Settlement

SAN FRANCISCO - A team of lawyers from Morrison & Foerster won a $145 million patent settlement for client Nikon Corp. of Japan. Led by litigation partners Harold McElhinny, Jack Londen and Michael Carlson, the firm represented Nikon in its three-year international patent dispute with Dutch chip equipment maker ASM Lithography Holding NV and Swiss lens maker Carl Zeiss SMT AG.
