Judge Orders $6 Million in Attorneys Fees

SAN FRANCISCO - A judge has ordered Pacific Lumber Co. and the state to pay more than $6 million in fees and expenses to the attorneys who successfully challenged the logging plans the company was issued under the 1999 Headwaters forest agreement.
