'Grosso' Helps Hollywood Writers, Upholds Implied Contract

Miramax, 2004 DJDAR 11141 (9th Cir. Sept. 8, 2004), Hollywood writers may rest easier than they have for years by continuing to seek protection in the law against creative poachers.
