Judge Puts Brakes on Parking-Dispute Appeal

LOS ANGELES -What do you do when you get caught red-handed violating a court order by blocking a lawyer's access to his own parking space? If you're the city of Orange, according to the 4th District Court of Appeal, you summon up some "chutzpah" and declare the parking space a public nuisance.
