Accident Victim Sues Blue Cross Over Balance Billing

Ronald Gass has caught some bad breaks since 1997, when he lost control of his 1993 Infiniti J30 and rolled it in a single-car crash. The impact collapsed the car's roof and left Gass with severe spinal cord injuries, requiring a nine-day stay at Antelope Valley Hospital and extensive physical therapy to recover.
