Tribe Agrees to Pay Builders $50 Million
The Dry Creek Band of the Pomo Indians and Sonoma Falls Developers have recently settled for $50 million a breach of contract dispute over the construction of a 62,000 square foot casino project in Sonoma County. The tribe agreed to pay the hefty sum to settle the developer's claims that the tribe had not honored its end of a deal to build the casino.
