Judge Dismisses Enhancements in Rape Case

SANTA ANA - In what defense attorneys called a significant victory for their case, an Orange County judge Thursday granted a motion to dismiss enhancements to charges against the son of an Orange County assistant sheriff and another young man accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in 2002.
