Manatt Adds Boutique Parcher Hays in N.Y.

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles-based Manatt, Phelps & Phillips has strengthened its New York presence by acquiring Gotham boutique firm Parcher, Hayes & Snyder. The move, announced on Wednesday, added 12 New York lawyers to Manatt's lineup, now expanded to 65 attorneys.
